Hi Jeff,

I use National Tenant Network and can send reports directly to the local office. They take it from there. Check with other credit agencies, you shouldn’t have to take legal action to report a dead-beat.

Just repossessed 2 Mobile homes that had been abanoneded by the deadbeats. How do you get these people(being nice) reported to the credit reporting agencys without actually filing a lawsuit in court? This is what the county credit bureau said I would have to do. Is there a way to do it without spending money? Any ideas?
