The Order of Final Distribution (or whatever they call it in FL) should be recorded with the county. This does the job.

Probate court awarded house to closest relative about 2 year’s ago after death of family member.
However relative never actually filed a deed with recorder
only has the probate order that they are now the owner
What kind of deed should they record now?
Who would be the Grantor? Who would be the Grantee?
