Hello, Everyone
I need some ideals here. I know of a mobile that is starting the foreclosure process. I called the bank that holds the loan and the loan is assumable. Here are the details
1994 14X80 wood siding shingles roof and central air good conditions.
The payoff is around 10.000 I could take up the payments if need be. What I think I would like to do is hold a note on it but I not sure how to do that. Can I make a note and sell the mobile with the bank still holding the note on it. Is that legal? Please some ideals anyone.
