I’ve got an investment lake property that has appreciated over 25% in 2 years. I want to go into a partnership with my parents on the property but take out some or all of the equity at closing or take back a note. We will be 50/50 in the house but I want to make it fair for both. Any ideas on a good, sound deal going into this partnership?
