Hello,
I just bought the Deals on Wheels book and am excited about making my first deal. I noticed on the first page that it was recommended I get a dealers license. I have copied below part of a Minnesota Statue regarding licensing for mobile homes in Minnesota.
Question: If I do a Lonnie deal do I need a license for just 1 deal or what?, From what I read hear it appears that way.
And Question 2:
In Subd. 4. License prerequisites (a) see web site
It states that I need to have a business property specifically set up for moble home transactions.
IS THIS TRUE? Have others ran into this? Can others help me with understanding the requirements listed below? I listed the web sites below.
