I am brand new to the mobile home business but very excited after reading both of Lonnie Scrugg’s books this weekend. I have made an offer on a MH already. Does anyone know if I need a dealers liscence in Ohio and how and where do I get one if needed? Thanks in advance, Ant

Officially, if you sell more than 5 or 6 homes in Ohio, you are required to have a dealer’s license. Unofficially, the folks in Columbus have told us they’re not concerned about investors doing Lonnie Deals.
Where do you live in Ohio? I’m in Cincinnati.
