I have been doing residential and some commercial investing for over seven years. My main thrust has been wholesaling properties using hard money and creative financing. I have however just started dabbling in bigger units. I just bought a 75 unit property at 10k a unit and was wholesaling it for about 19k I have a contract on it and all will go well THIS TIME. But I have noticed a huge difference in dealing with commercial appraisors versus residential in time frames mainly. As I’m sure you know wholesaling relies wholley on systemizing a process. Is there a way to streamline the process of dealing with these appraisors? And does anyone know any good ones in the central Florida area?
