Consider joining a local real estate club and network to find local investors. Offer to split the profits after returning their investment. Their money and your work, split 50/50 (or whatever you mutually agree to). I found a local RE club from this website. The folks there have been a wealth of information and experience. Good luck
I have the deals but don’t have enough investors. What is the quickest way to find cash investors for buy, rehab, flip or refinance? Most of the investors I talk to either are full of hot air or want all of the deal when I do all the work including the rehab.
