I was reading through some of the old messages and noticed that you are from Texas and that you have had experience in small claims court here. I would like to ask you some questions on the process and possible ways I can avoid making mistakes early on in my business. Thanks Chad
If there is anyone else from Texas that could give me advice I would be grateful. I know that the laws vary somewhat from state to state. In Lonnie’s book he mentioned that you can go to small claimes court up to $10,000 but I think its up to $5000 in this state.
