I’m no deed expert and I’d check with a title company if I really wanted to know, but can’t imagine what diffeence it would make, as long as everyone had the correct numbers when the deal was at clsoing. You r past sale price has nothing to do with wehter or not you hold the title to the property.

hello all , I bought a property 2 years ago for $150,000 and just now noticed that the need is correct except for fact that it says it was transferred for sum of $150.00. Is this a problem, or does it not matter??? I seem to remember someone on here remarking how important is was to get the deed 100% right.
