Fees depend on the County/State where the deed is to be filed. For example, Maricopa County (Phoenix) charges $10 to file a deed. I assume you are talking about obtaining a quit claim deed from the ex-girlfriend.

Mortgage is in my name only as investment property. My son, his girlfriend and my name are on the deed. The couple has split. If she agrees what papers need to be executed to remove her name from the deed. What types of fees would be involved for this transaction?

Have her sign deed from All three of you to you and your son. Key phrase = “If she agrees…”
Contact county clerks office for fees involved. You may have to pay ms thing to sign. (use wisdom)
