Although it will take a lawyer less than an hour, he/she knows what the deeds should say, what forms to use, etc., so he/she/it is much better equipped to do it right than you. But you could easily obtain a form and fill it in.
Help will be appreciated. I’m sure this may have been answered in the past, but here we go. I live in Delaware, recently formed and LLC and I want put the deed to two rental properties I own in the LLC’s name. Is this fairly easy or should I pay an attorney to do it.
