I’ve made an offer on a property where the value is 65% of the offer price. It has two apts and one shop (of ill repute). Each has a lease with the longest one belonging to the “shop” which runs until March of 2000.
I want the place vacant so I can flip or rehab and resell easily. What are my options to get the tenants out? Believe it or not the building is in a decent area.
