I would have to say, yes they can. Lawsuit plaintiffs are not a protected class. Ob/Gyns can refuse medical service to women that work for plaintiff’s attorneys, insurance companies can refuse to insure people who “might” get sick.

Of course they can. Barring specific regulations they do not have to do a contract with anyone they don’t want to. They don’t even have to tell you why.
