I liked Ron Legrand’s idea on becoming a transaction engineer. I would like to be able to do lease options and no qualifying deals. I would like to know if the course offered by LeGrand at this site covers both of these sufficiently. It seems like a lot of it is on wholesaling. I would like more details on the contents of this course. I was wondering if anyone here has taken the course before and wondered how you did on it. I definately do want to be a transaction engineer like he said and be in the top 1/2%.
