Does anyone know where I could find information on what’s involved in developing/building real estate for profit? Do you know anyone in particular that I could contact and ask questions? Also, typically how does the financing in this area of real estate work? I’m just curious because in my city that seems to be very lucrative and I would like to know how it works. Thanks.
