I meet her this morning. It is a 1983 and not a 1993, however, I got that sucker under contract for $2600.00 to
close in 30 days. Time to fix up a little and find a buyer.
If I don’t go through with it, I’ll lose my deposit of $140.00 for 1 month lot rent. I pulled a lonnie gambit. I turned it down at $3200.00 when she wouldn’t budge. I put my hands on the door knob and said "If I don’t buy the other
homes out here I’m looking at what is the very best price you would consider? I then heard $2800, and then $2600.00
plus the a/c. Not wanting to beat a horse into the ground. I whipped out that contract and the deal was made. Now I’m
off to find a buyer. I’ll keep you posted .
