What agency do I need to contact about a broker whose doing ‘dirty’ business?
I’ve dealt recently with a broker who seems to be quite fond of tear up seconds and fattening up bank accounts temporarily to get people loans. He’s actually caused quite a bit of havoc and he needs to be turned in to someone. But who??

Just had a similar situation.
I’m in Texas, and reported via a signed complaint to the Texas Savings and Loan Depts Atty.
We got the dudes license.

Check with the Licensing Board in your state, and they will give you the perferred method of reporting.

Go get 'em!

Scott,
You may want to find out who issues the license for being a mortgage broker in your state.
That would be a good place to call.
Just my $.02,
