Let me add some comment here. I can’t say how things are in every state. In Florida, if you are advertising a property for sale through a real estate brokerage office all of the info JPiper stated must definitely be disclosed. Salespeople cannot act independent of their broker when selling real estate for another person.
As for property that you personally own, all that Florida law requires is for you disclose your license status.
