I am suppose to close on a house tomorrow. I just found out that the previous owner committed Suicide in the house due to being charged with sexual offenses with minors. This is a foreclosure that I’m buying directly from the Bank. Was the Bank required to inform me of this. Can I get my deposit and the other costs that I’ve incurred back from the bank.
