Proven fact the death penalty does not deter crime. I also have lived in Puerto Rico for a short time where guns are outlawed. If you had a new 4X4 and are driving at night you have a 50/50 chance of making it home with out being shot. I guess the criminals didnot care about the law. Listen come into my house uninvited and maybe I have a gun and maybe I don’t. The criminal has a 50/50 shot, better odds the way I see it.

I dont know what country you guys live in but in my America only hand guns need to be registered and then only if you have purchased the recently!
