Thanks for the post. Adds do seem to generate more calls than anything else I’m doing right now. -Thanks

Hello, I’ve heard divorce is a creator of motivation to sell. Makes sense to me. Can anyone give me a good source of divorce leads? I pulled up some names at the courthouse, but find it cumbersome as the court records provide no current address. Is there a better way?

In my experience as a real estate investor for over 8 years now (Full time) I think that chasing divorces is not the best use of your time as not all divorces end in home sales. A better use of your time might be placing adds specifically toward a divorcing clientele that needs to sell quickly. Maybe mailing a letter to people filing for divorce might work but again not every divorcing couple is going to be selling their house.
