Your consideration doesn’t have to be money. If you agree to take care of some or all of the repairs on the place, that is consideration enough.

SIMPLE QUESTION ALL.
When doing an L/O, when I find a good house and the owner agrees to my deal, do I have to give him an option consideration to make it legal?
Because I have’nt been doing it so far. If I do have to is one dollar enough?
