This has come up in discussion here previously.
Sadly, most of the talk has only been confusion, as where people are not sure if calling these folks violates the no call list rules.

I think it does, since you are after all calling someone to solicit business, without them contacting you first.

Due to this list and rules applying to it, I would think going to the house to talk to the sellers, or sending them a mailing in order to have them call you would be best.

It seems pretty cut and dry to me, when someone says, “Hey, don’t call me to sell something, or offer a service”.
That to me means exactly what it says, don’t call.

Besides, face to face meetings is certainly a better way to get to know sellers, and whether they are motivated to sell or not.
