I allow them. They think they are buying, so I don’t want to tell them what to do. Just make sure they put down a lot of money (enough money where you don’t care if they smoke!).

With my ratio of 50/50 as to those tenant buyers who actually by my lease option and those who don’t, I was wondering what your disposition was to smokers? I typically don’t rent to smokers as it can be costly to clean up after them.
