Again, I never had any intention on buying any of them on ebay…

I’ve ordered several of the courses here on this website and quite frankly, I would rather have the whole course to correlate with the forms…

I only mentioned it because Elyce said she had the course without the forms…

Sorry if I offended anyone.

Your attorney will understand it completely if in fact he is a “REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY”

Use no substitute!! Make sure he / she specializes in Real Estate or they will mess the whole thing up. {Usually}

Hi Elyce,

I was on ebay the other day and did a search on LeGrand - someone on ebay is selling all of his forms for a fee.

If you get one would you mind sending it to me?

Either email or fax would be great.

Email: jackieo@silverlink.net or 360-475-7248

Thanks so much,

Jacque

I mean… Don’t use an attorney that doesn’t understand this business!

Kinda like don’t go to your Dentist to have Open Heart Surgery!

They’re both Doctors but specialize in different areas!

jacque,

I would also caution you on buying them on EBay. Most of these guys who are selling them are violating copyright laws and selling photocopies of the contracts, NOT the originals. Sometimes, they are bad photocopies at that.

Let the buyer beware!

For those of us that pay the price, because the author deserves to get paid for their product, wonder why you would choose to break the law, and cheat the author out of his money, to save a few dollars.
