Might be L/Oing a house to an immigrant family from
Peru whose head of household speaks primarily Spanish.
Some of the family members are bilingual and explained
the terms of the agreement in Spanish, to which they stated
they all understood and agreed to its terms. But if I decide
to L/O the house to this family, I would like the head of
household to sign a Spanish version on one side, and English
version on the other side, in order to cover my hiney.
Does anyone have a version en Espanol??
