Sure - there are many courses out there.
Bronchick at legalwiz.com, Jeff B at lease 2 purchase.com, Kaiser at nothingdown.com are those you might want to consider.
Keep in mind, all courses are only as good as your willingness to do what needs to be done, in so far as perservence and research.
Do your market homework first, get some real world advice and experience behind you - and those course should aid you significantly.

Ron LeGrand is the grandfather of Lease Option courses. Once you have read his course you will see where the other “Guru’s” have re phrased what he has said and expanded on his basic ideas.
Kaiser has more or less his own unique method.
If you can afford it get four programs:
Ron LeGrand
David Finkel/Peter Conti’s
Wm. Bronchick’s
and Joe Kaiser.
Take the ideas that fit your personality from the four courses and you will do well.
And then there is Claude Diamond & John Ross’s course.

Give Bill Bronchick’s course “Lease-Option Workshop” a try and then follow-up with Joe Kaiser’s Lease-Option course. Both are honest, straight-forward high-value courses!
