I looked at a MH last night, but it’s the first one on the right as you enter the park, and the park is on a busy street. There’s some buffer area between the MH and the street, but I could hear the street noise from inside the MH.

I was taught that in stick built homes you don’t want ones that back up to a busy street, but I don’t know if this same principle applies in MH’s.

Donna, we have on that is right @ the entrance off a busy highway. There doesnt seem to be a noise problem, but the park has a privacy fence on that side. The upside is that when we put a sign in the window, our phone was ringing off the hook. Everyone coming into the park saw our sign, and many had friends, relatives that wanted to live there.
