I am very intreseted in purchasing this program but I have two ?'s

  1. Does this program work in Kansas?
  2. Did I need a good credit history to run w/ this program because at his point my credit is very little

OOPS!!! I forget to mention you can buy properties without any credit or if you have bad credit like I have. It isn’t impossible to buy properties I have brought several4-plexes and 7 houses without using any of my own money which I don’t have!!!
