Does the information contained in the various courses offered by people like Carleton Sheets and the others listed on this site, work in a market like the New York tri-state area?

I am vacillating about purchasing the Carleton Sheets course due to the fact that I live in an area where the homes often go for upwards of 300-500K and I’m not certain the techniques discussed in this forum would work in that price range.

If anyone from the New York area has any experience with this, I’d love to hear from you.

joe, I thought the same thing…will it work in new york. the answer is yes it does. I bought the course 5 years ago and have done quite well… so well I was in his info-mercial for the past four years…new york is tough…but so is any place else …with the course it gives you that edge you need to make deals creativelyu…I recommend it.
