I really like this website.You are all very helpful with your stories and advise. I’m still waiting for my Books to arrive but I do have a couple of starting questions.
First…Would I have to get some special kind of liscense before I start doing Lonnie deals?
2nd… Is there anyone in our group from south Florida? I’m in Fort Lauderdale.I have located 176 MH parks within 15 miles of my home.Needless to say I’m getting very excited about all this and want to get started.
