I am looking for a source that will purchase second mortgages and prom notes. At this time my dealership is liquidating all of their assets due to recent principals leaving the company and currently needing to cash in quickly and show assets.

My name is Tim Webb and I am the Director of Finance for a dealership in Central Florida. Currently my dealership has the following:

Prom Notes $135,921.12
Second Mortgages $ 95,458.34

I am interested in selling all of the above immediately. This is not for my company only, but I have financial gain in whatever I can collect. I can take about $0.70 on each $1.00.
