simultaneous closings can be done anywhere, if you attorney gives you a hard time then go to a title company (mom&pop type (small)) and do your closing there.

I have a signed contract to purchase a single family home and I want to flip it but, I do not want my purchaser to know what I payed for the house. Instead of assigning the contract as I usually do, I want to do a double or simultaneous closing. My attorney says it cannot be done and then proceeded to say it’s illegal in New Jersey to do a double/simultaneous closing??? Is my attorney on the up and up???
