I’m having trouble finding an escrow company to do a double closing on a flip I’m working on. Does anyone have a company in LA county? closer to SG valley the better.

Scot: Try First American if there is one in your area. I am wondering how you are presenting the issue. When I’ve called title companies, I’ve asked to speak to a title officer and said that I was the buyer but that my contract is assigned. Can they help me arrange for my buyer to close at the same time. So far, the two companies I’ve called said they do it all the time.
