Check with your local real estate investment org. and see who they would recommend for an attorney and/or title company. Both of these should be experienced in double closings.

Has anyone had a promblem with doing double closings on either whole sales or short sales on pre-foreclosures? Did you use a title company or an attorney? And how did you find the person or company that you use. Any advice would be helpful, thank you.
