That’s a great question; I can’t believe more people haven’t asked this question.

Fred most investors are using their Visa and Master Card credit cards for down payment money. But there are other sources to be used. Credit Unions are a great source, Beneficial Finance, Household Finance, Associates, almost any Finance Company can be good for a personal loan to be used for down payment money. Banks also offer personal loans as well.

you do not say why you need downpayment loan?
Non profit organization help with down payment for buyers who want to buy and live in home. for at least 6 months. Can buy or sell a home to people with as little as 1% down. total cash.
