Yes it is part of my basic philisophy to try to negotiate deals so the other party assumes as much of the risk as possible. Its also always best if you can structure your offers or deals so time is working in your favor and against the other guy.
I always at least try to push the costs and risks off on someone else. I don’t always succeed but but it doesn’t cost anything to try.

It’s great to see you back on the board, I have a question. I’ve perused the somewhere over 2000 posts of yours, and somewhere, I read one that stated something like, “Always try to negotiate so that the risk is on the other guy’s wallet, and his time.” Am I correct in assuming this is your basic philosphy concerning mobiles? Thanks for your response.
