Driptite Sink and vanity base protector

This thing looks like a good idea, has anyone here tried one?

Most of my trailers have the plumbing pipes coming directly out of the floor, usually near the P- trap (edited for Steve–WA). This would obstruct the pan from sitting flush with the wall. Removing the cabinet base to reroute pipes would seem to defeat the purpose and cost more time.

But not bad if you don’t face this problem.
