The lots were purchased last year, the water meters last week and yesterday I obtained the 15% construction loans, $ 93,750 each. The first payment is due on the 23rd, but the agent didn’t bother getting my signature notarized. Instead, they used a month’s old notarized signature dated 8/19 for larger houses & loans which were not built. Q: is this a major screw up on the hard money lender’s part, or some sign of great trust in my integrity? - I mean, what if I fought the deed of trusts on the ground of the lack of a notarized signature? There are other worms in this can, so it boils down to whether someone failed miserably doing due dilligence stuff. Thanks.
