The trust is for YOUR protection. If the lender calls the loan due, you are financially affected, so consider doing the trust as much as possible.

Mr. Bronchick I really liked your article "How To Beat the Due On Sale Clause. Would you think it would be advisable to enter a land trust when buying subject to on all deals or only if the seller wants more security. Thanks for all the great articles.
