I assume it’s not free and clear. You can lease/option the home to them,put the property in trust and make them the beneficiaries (not recommended though), or sell on a wrap. There might be a few other ways I’m missing too.

Hi Folks;
we have a nice 4 BR we remodeled and are owner financing it to the perfect elder couple,they live in Japan and want this for when they return to the states next year to retire.They would like us to rent it for them til then.Problem, how do we get around due on sale clause??? Please advise we are both waiting for some clues from the experts
