I have learned many things from this site over the past few month. Mainly, I’ve just read what was posted but I did manage to squeeze in a few questions. My personal library has grown almost exclusively of items dealing with real estate investment. I’m really looking forward to making some offers soon.
However, I’m still a little reluctent to jump in to it. It’s not so much of fear as it is caution. I have a hearing loss (not deaf) and cannot always trust myself when using a telephone or in conversation. Anyway, the reason I’m boring you with this is, if there is anyone out there in Louisville KY who would like to get started themselves and would like to work with me on a few in order to get our feet wet please let me know.
