Here’s the scoop on Ed Beckley and Chuck Givens…Ed was recently scent to federal prison in Iowa on numerous accounts, he went from pedalling his Nothing Down courses in the 80’s to cashing in with coupons in the 90’s. As far as Chuck Givens, he bit the dust in July of 98. His partner Joe Scarlatta bailed out in 1994 after his Discount Mortgage Success Institute was sued in a class action suit for fraud and failure to perform.
