Ed,
I’ve just spent 4 solid days pounding out my business plan and it was extremely beneficial. Before I approach my first bank I was wondering if you could please review it. I’m signed up for the Atlanta seminar but didn’t know if you would be there or have the time. If you don’t have the time I will certainly understand. I’ve learned so much just from your posts on this site. I’ve been a full time investor for 17 years using my own cash and hard money in Indpls. Thanks !
