Hi Michelle, I just wanted to let you know that Ed might not be able to get back with you until Tuesday or Wednesday. I spoke to him yesterday & he said that he was going to be on the road until then. He may be using his laptop if he gets the chance. But just in case he doesn’t, I figured that you should know.

Hello Ed, I’ve got a house that I need some HARD MONEY possible. The house is located in Vancouver, WA. The FMV after fix-up is $145,000, it needs $13,500 in fix-up and my purchase price is $93,000.
