Liliana,

I think that ?Subject To?s? are just another tool in the tool chest. As avid RE Investors, we have to be objective and open to various opportunities to do a deal.

Where experience comes in, is knowing when to use the right tool.

I can?t tell you how many times I?ve seen an investor put new financing on a deal that didn?t warrant it. We keep going back to Risk/Reward.

Hi,

I went to a seminar where they talked about this and I found it very interesting. I would like to get involved doign this but wanted to see what you think of Subject To deals and if you’ve ever done them? Would you recommend this to investors? I know your have a hectic day today so answser me when you get a chance.
