well the 8 house for 85k a guy bought for 80k and selling all on contract. got a trailer they wanted 13k i told them 10k they said on contract 1000 down 160 a month 5 years (just wondering were all the interest is? besides the down payment iam sure they will come down)pretty good i thought but i offerd them 500 down and same payment. looked at house worth around 44500 they wanted 40k i said 30 was most i could give went and looked at it and said 25k they said they would take 30 but needed to think about 27500 so now i guess to get around the dept to income thing i need to find some more contracts right?untill i season some income? any otherway?
