This is a hard program to find, low fico, no money for down payment or closing costs with a high LTV. In my opinion this would be easier to place if you had a co signer with some higher credit scores and moderate debt to income ratios. Good Luck

I’m sorry but you’re not giving us enough information. What does FICO really low mean? Please tell us your score. Also what else is your story? We need something to hang our hat on. Good job, good income, etc.
