I forgot to mention that she is going to settlement for 290,000. That is $40,000 that she will have to walk away from. she was grossly misinformed by an incompetent agent.

If she signed the papers, and the buyer meets all the conditions, then a deal is a deal.

If you welsh now, you can be sued for specific performance and damages.

Sure you are disappointed because you think you could have got more money. That’s just greed talking.

How do you know the neighbor’s house sold for $330,000? People always lie about how much they sold their house for. Go down to the courthouse and look it up. Get the facts. You may be surprised to find out what it really sold for.

In all justice, the buyer has a deal and you don’t really have any grounds to back out of the deal.
